This year’s International Metropolis Conference took place for the first time in Asia under the title “Creating Trust through Wisdom on Migration and Integration”.
The National Contact Point Austria in the European Migration Network (EMN) organized a workshop on “Refugee Integration in the EU and Asia: Common Approaches and Differences”. Against the background of current global forced displacement, which reached the highest level ever recorded, the workshop took a closer look at selected States in the EU and Asia and their approach to refugee integration.
