On 24 July 2012, the National Contact Point Austria in the EMN organized a conference on the topic of “Irregular Work and Exploitation of Migrants in Austria” in the Albert Schweitzer Haus, Vienna. The conference gave an overview on the topic of irregular work and labour exploitation of migrants in Austria from a scientific point of view and introduced the “Berlin Alliance against Trafficking for the Purpose of Labour Exploitation” as a model of good practice. Afterwards experts discussed possibilities of cooperation on the identification of the individuals affected by labour exploitation:
