Providing up-to-date, objective, reliable and comparable information on migration and asylum is one of the EMN’s main tasks. Communication is therefore a key part of the day-to-day work of the National Contact Points and is given special attention in the EMN’s work programme. To support the EMN in its communication efforts, the Austrian National Contact Point organized the "EMN Communication Workshop" on 12 February in Vienna. Under the guidance of a communications expert, the participants discussed current challenges and developed future communication strategies.
