Annual Policy Report 2012

The Annual Policy Report 2012 provides an overview of migration and asylum-related developments in Austria. In 2012, a major administrative change was decided: the establishment of the Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum on 1 January 2014. Moreover, the implementation of the Red-White-Red Card for highly qualified immigrants was completed as well.
